Haro Cultural Summer 2024
Discover the Haro Cultural Summer 2024 programme, an extensive and dynamic proposal that runs from 7 July to 28 August 2024 and includes cinema, music, sport and theatre, among others.
Haro and summer go hand in hand!
Imagine watching an open-air film on Wednesdays at 10 p.m. in the Patio de Comedias of the Teatro Bretón.
On Thursdays there are musical corners at 8 p.m. in the streets of the old quarter, pure magic to enter a small square or turn down a street in Haro and enjoy live music.
On Fridays, also at 8 p.m., there are musical performances in the El Mazo area. On Sundays at 1 p.m. it is vermouth time with music in the centre.
In addition, the programme includes the Craft Market on 9, 10 and 11 August and the Haro Stock Fair which will take place on 16 August.

DAY 7: 2nd MARCH FOR LGTBIQA+ RIGHTS, in the Plaza de la Paz, from 9:30 a.m., organised by the Peña Toloño Women’s Cultural Association of Labastida.
DAY 7: CYCLISM, XXXVII “ÁLVARO FERNÁNDEZ” MEMORIAL – VUELTA CICLISTA A LA RIOJA ALTA 2024, from 10:30 a.m., organised by Club Ciclista Harense.
DAY 7: MUSICAL PERFORMANCE: ORGAN CONCERT, by SANTIAGO BANDA (organ) & ENRIQUE ABELLO (trumpet) in the Basílica de la Vega, from 19:00 hs, sponsored by the Government of La Rioja.
DAY 11: MUSICAL CORNERS: by SIRENS PLEASE, THE BATTLE SCULPTURE from 20:00 hs.
DAY 12: SOLIDARITY MORNING, organised by various companies and organisations from Haro and the surrounding area, the proceeds of which will go to local health and illness associations, from 11:00 a.m., in the car park of the El Mazo swimming pools.
DAY 13: MUSICAL PERFORMANCE: ORGAN CONCERT, by Alize Mendizábal Múgica in the Basílica de la Vega, from 19:00 hs., organised by Haro Town Council.
DAY 13: PARTY CELEBRATING THE 110th ANNIVERSARY OF CLUB HARO DEPORTIVO, with various activities, in the Plaza de la Iglesia, organised by Club Haro Deportivo.
DAY 13: HEALTHY NIGHT WALK, starting at 22:00 hs., departure from the Plaza de la Paz, registration on previous days at the Culture Unit. On arrival at the Plaza de la Paz, at approximately 23:30 hs., FIRE MÁBARES SHOW with the company SESADIS ESOESPECTÁCULOS.
DAY 14: MUSICAL CORNERS: MUSICA DE PLECTO, by GLUDIUM MUSICAE (Alegría de la Música), in Calle Hermanos Sánchez del Río, from 13:00 hs.
DAY 17: SUMMER CINEMA, ELEMENTARY, from 22:00 hs., in the Patio de Comedias of the Teatro Bretón.
DAY 18: FAMILY ACTIVITY, ACTIVE WORKSHOPS, by Divertitur, from 20:00 hs., in the Plaza de la Paz.
DAY 19: MUSICAL CORNERS: by FITO, A MI MANERA, in Luis Cernuda Street, from 20:00 hs. DAY 20: CELEBRATION OF YOUTH DAY, 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE YOUTH CENTRE.
DAY 20: FAMILY ACTIVITY, CHILDREN’S VERBENA, with Alboroto, from 20:30 hs., in the Plaza de la Paz.
DAY 21: HEALTHY WALK, route Cidamón, San Torcuato, Bañares, Sto. Domingo, departure from the bus station at 9:00 a.m., prior registration required for the bus station.
DAY 21: FAMILY ACTIVITY, HOLI PARTI AND FOAM PARTY, with Krossko, from 19:00 hs., at the skating rink in Calle de el Mazo.
DAY 24: SUMMER CINEMA, VAYA VACACIONES, from 22:00 hs., in the Patio de Comedias of the Teatro Bretón.
DAY 25: MUSICAL CORNERS: by JORGE ARNEDO SAX & BASS, in SAN MARTIN square, starting at 20:00 hs.
DAY 26: FAMILY ACTIVITY, THE ADVENTURES OF PITU-TITU AND THE BORRICO, with Birloque, from 20:00 hs., in the park of Pintores Tubía and Santamaría.
DAY 27: MUSICAL PERFORMANCE: ORGAN CONCERT, by NORBERTH ITRICH (Organ) & ANASTASIA GOLUB (Soprano) in the Basílica de la Vega, from 19:00 hs., organised by Haro Town Hall.
DAY 27: MUSICAL PERFORMANCE by DISCO MÓVIL KROSSKO, in the Plaza de la Paz, from 21:00 hs. and from 23:30 hs.
DAY 28: MUSICAL CORNERS: CLASSICAL MUSIC, by TRÍO AMALGAMA in the Panteón de los Liberales, from 13:00 hs.
DAY 31: SUMMER CINEMA, SUPER MARIO BROS, from 22:00 hs., in the Patio de Comedias of the Teatro Bretón.
